Andros fascinates visitors with its natural beauty and important naval tradition. An island with a significant, century-long history, with monuments, antiquities, and ruins scattered all over the island, bearing witness to its long cultural heritage. We cannot think of a better island for nature lovers and for those seeking a walking adventure. Andros is mountainous and it is intersected with a number of mountain ridges which create numerous fertile valleys, steep ravines, and deep gorges. In comparison to the rest of the Cyclades, there are numerous rivers, streams, springs, and waterfalls. As a result, the island is remarkably green and characterized by a rich flora and diverse landscape which are waiting for you to be explored.

Day 1

Arrival in the morning. Transfer to the hotel. Settle in. Early in the evening, guided walk to the historical center of the Town. Welcome dinner and Greek 'mezes', first meeting with a little talk about the program.

Day 2 

Today we hike through the verdant surroundings of the capital Town. Hike: Apoikia – Gialia – Chora.  Evening free  After dinner, we get together for a "Greek Night". Learn simple but useful Greek words and expressions or listen to stories of the Greek Mythology or learn basic steps of Greek dancing and enjoy traditional local music, while you taste local organic "raki" or "wine". 

Day 3

Today you have the choice to visit more than one of the most important museums in the city. Early in the evening, we drive to Pitrofos Village where we will visit the Olive Oil Museum and the day will end with our farewell dinner with special local dishes, The cook Katerina Remoundou will introduce us to the Mediterranean gastronomy.
