We start the day with a walking tour in central Athens exploring the modern part of the city and its shopping districts of Ermou street and Kolonaki. After lunch, we also visit an experience store and spa, where we see how natural Greek products like olive oil, honey, and herbs are used for wellness products and treatments. We can also enjoy a wellness treatment there, before going for dinner in a modern restaurant of Athens.
Day 3
We leave Athens and head towards Messinia and the village of Zevgolatio where we experience making our own homemade pasteli, an invigorating and energetic sweet. We depart for Kalamata where we explore the food market of the old city and discover hidden little shops with local delicacies, herbs, spices, and wines. After a light lunch, we head to Areopoli in Mani where we settle in our hotel and have dinner.
Day 4
Today we visit the impressive Diros Caves near Areopoli, that form part of an underground river with an intricate network of passages and galleries, decorated with gleaming stalagmites and stalactites. Our next stop is the village of Gerolimenas where we have a swim at the beach and taste local Greek food by the sea. Later we go to Areopoli and visit a traditional bakery where we taste local bread and whole-wheat crusts made in a 100 years old wood-fired oven. We have dinner in Areopoli and return to our hotel.

Today we explore the picturesque village of Kardamyli, where we have an olive oil tasting experience and visit a traditional olive oil press.
