Τhis holiday program is the ideal combination of vacations, relaxation, and well-being. An alternative and wholesome break in the clean and peaceful island air, with the opportunity to partake in body awareness exercises, detox and stress releasing techniques. We offer a wide variety of holistic activities that include a healthy dose of meditation, taiji qigong or hatha yoga, as well as relaxing & energizing treatments like aromatherapy, Thai and shiatsu massage or natural facial treatments such as Rejuvance GuaSha, Aromatherapy.

As for your healthy diet, you can choose either from the daily vegetarian menu, we offer or choose to eat out and enjoy fresh fish and local dishes at the local restaurants. A number of active experiences will be on offer for your free time. We arrange excursions, treatments or activities - whether you take part is up to you. You can simply enjoy a retreat from a large selection of holistic treatments and massages, or choose to explore the surroundings and villages or take part in numerous activities, from hiking, an off-road 4x4 drive, horse and bike riding to cooking classes.

Day 1 

Arrival in the morning: Pick up from the port and transfer to the accommodation. Settle in the hotel.

Early in the evening walk in the historical center and dinner with local dishes. Talk about the program.

Day 2-6 

8-9 am breakfast

9-10.30 a.m. Stretching,  breathing exercises and Meditation. The program is suitable for all ages, adaptable to the group’s needs and abilities. No previous experience is required.

10.30 - 11.30 am Brunch. 

11.30-5.30 pm Free time. The visitor can book a holistic treatment or take part in optional activities.  

5.30-7.30 p.m. Qigong and Taichi or Hatha Yoga  

8.00 p.m. Dinner– vegetarian menu (optional and under request*) or eat out and enjoy the local dishes
